Well, if you say so! But is BIEL advertising in the UK? BIEL can say they hired a consulting group, but where is the proof? Producing and presenting ADs speak for itself. But word-of-mouth, in BIEL's case, maybe one should take that with a grain of salt. Furthermore, when the FDA finally opens its doors, BIEL should be one of the first to file their 510(k). This should be done within days, not weeks or months. If they don't do this in a reasonable amount of time (i.e., a few days), then we know they are lying to us, full stop. Actually, the gov't shutdown has given BIEL more than enough time to get their ducks in a row. There is no accuse, as per this situation!!
