Let's entertain this idea for a minute.

Suppose we setup a GoFundMe for UOIP. We collect the required $125k.

Who will be responsible for ensuring that the financials are updated?

What is the guarantee that once financials are updated UOIP is removed from Grey Sheets right away?

If there are any SEC hearing who will attend them and answer for UOIP?

Too many unknowns here.
