How about everyone reads/re-re-reads Mr.Sharp's actual words in his PR'S & Tweets - specifically one of the most recent where he states that the repatriation of additional shares is taking longer than wished & these repatriated shares will be the funding & he thanks the shareholders for their patience

IMO - funding completion & announcing an acquisition /merger news cannot be finalized until this happens - I think in another Tweet he mentions it is not in his control to keep the SP propped up


If anyone can prove that Mr. Sharp has or is committing fraud or perpetuating a scam in any way - please disclose it so it can be exposed to everyone
