To me this means that the MAJORITY of the OS is held in the hands of people that are at much higher averages.

These 2’s and 3’s that we’re bought up most likely were a lot from averaging down so they won’t necessarily “anchor” down a run if those buyers still need .003 (a lot needed to average down from .10) or so to break even.

Lots of ways to look at this still.
