DISAGREE 100% , NAK is a MINE that has YET to be built. This is a LONG TERM HOLD well beyond just the DEIS RELEASE. The DEIS and the FINAL are just steps needed to be taken before it is UP and OPERATIONAL. What is and has been MADE AVAILABLE for ALL TO SEE by the ACOE has yet to show anything BLOCKING the PEBBLES MINE PROJECT in any of its 1,173 filings
