LPC has financed Lightwaves Labs, IP, Patents, Employees etc. and without money it doesn't matter what your technology is your hands are tied. If they are close then c'est la vie, one less thing to worry about while they are doing a deal. If however they are not as close as it appears they are then round n round we go with our D in our hand.

Half full or half empty?

I just remember a few years back sitting in that shareholders meeting when the share vote failed and seeing Lauro's head move back and forth ever so slightly, pretty sure he had something set up. He was our finance guy, but if you don't provide the proper tools you get what you get....
