the extension of LPC simply means that Dr Lebby is not going into negotiations with Tier 1's with a weak needy hand at the table, LWLG can go it alone based on their VERY VERY SMALL operating budget, and the HUGE HUGE sales which will being forthcoming with Tier 1 deals!
