NASDAQ is a good idea.

RS to meet the price requirement is almost never a good idea.

Another RS to stay on NASDAQ after the first RS to get there "wears off" is also a bad idea imo.

Much better to build a profitable more mature company first, then move to nasdaq under it's own steam and well over $4.
