Yet Adelstein and Sciveletto filed for anew one very similar to "the abandon one".

If Scivoletto did not get compensated as you say, there would have no reason why they would have gone though the expense of filing a new one.

Scivoletto could have just reclaimed the old one do to non payment.

But as we all know that did not happen.
