My due diligence tells me that if pseudoprogression occured from chemo/rad or L treatment after enrollment and created a situation where patients continued receiving treatments as scheduled or, better yet, we're crossed over to the more intense early dosing schedule then they would be most likely to benefit long term.



Not only does DD tell me that, so does my brain! :)

This probably only holds most true if they had more than 5 vaccines made



Right, otherwise, there wouldn't be enough to do that triple dose in one month at cross over.

and there was crossover within about 4 months of first treatment.


Sooner the better. Doesn't help PFS when determined by old trial criteria, but sure probably helped the patients!
