Personally, I am not sold on NBEV. Their stock is overvalued. Yes, they do have an established beverage network but their CBD beverage has been nothing but hype to pump up a stock that was in a significant decline since the start of 2018. They made a mention of adding a CBD beverage to their portfolio when the Farm bill was said to pass...early October 2018. Instantly their stock went up 500%. Fast forward almost 4 months and they are still talk...every time the stock starts to fall they push and re-push this "CBD beverage line". To date, they named the can, Bob Marley....however they still have no CBD beverage on the market. As for the possible ACB/CocaCola partnership. ACB said that they intend on making a deal with a large partner once they establish their business...will it be CocaCola...who knows. I kinda think that it will ultimately end up being Pepsi.
