Both Powin and XNRGI have a central index key number registered with the Nevada S.O.S. This is required for a publicly traded company.
Both companies are required to submit a list of officers to the Nevada S.O.S. by February 28, and both business licences will expire on February 28 , 2019 , unless renewed.
Something has to happen by then, I would think.
