I have a serious question about the $375K salary for Les Goldman (I'll exclude the $120K that his wife makes for compassionate care).

What exactly does he do to earn that $375K each and every year?

Based on the thousands of posts on this message board, it's very clear that his role as Investor Relations is non-existent. It's not a bad gig if you get paid to keep your mouth shut. How easy would that be (sorry Scotty - probably not a job qualification for you).

Yes, his formal title is Business Development, but outside of convincing the CEO to make a 10% loan to the company, not sure what else he's doing regarding Biz Dev. Seems like the Biz Dev guy of every other pharma start-up actually makes things happen. And think about it, we've paid over a million dollars over the last three years for him to make a strange UK land deal? Seems more like a cheesy realtor in a bad suit than the head of Business Development of a public company.

Seems to me, all of this compensation should be in the form of stock options. Then he might actually be interested in making a deal happen.

Les Goldman. One of the best gigs in the land. Congrats!
