The facts are pretty simple....

ASKE hasn’t filed for any period since January 31, 2018. They are Pink No Information with a Stop Sign / Dark or Defunct with No Bid - soon to be past due 4 quarters with their Disclosures.

The ASKE fiscal year end is January 31, 2019.

ASKE financials for that period are not due until May 1, 2019.
