Unless you want us to believe he hung around for an additional 2 years with out pay.

Took no action to get that documented compensation allegedly owed, EVER.

Gladly voted for and accepted preferred shares 3 years later.

Shucks Adelstein sued for his money 7 days late, Scivelotto has yet to sue for supposedly the money owed him over the eight years now.

There can only be one reason why he has never sued, HE WAS PAID.
