One thing that I believe corporate IS WAITING FOR is the tax deadline day! You see, to use this as a tax write off, “worthless securities also include securities YOU ABANDON. To abandon a security, you must PERMANENTLY surrender all rights in the security and receive no consideration in exchange for it”... Is corporate waiting for the foolish and naive to reduce the float a tiny portion? Who knows but the 98% knows better...
