What??? Obama was not "raised in Africa". He never even visited Africa until his father died in 1982. His mother never visited Africa, either.

Shortly after he was born in Honolulu, his mother took him to live in Seattle for a year, and then moved back to Hawaii. There she met her second husband, who was Indonesian. They married in 1965. His mother took him to Indonesia in 1967, when he was six. He lived there until he was ten, at which time his mother sent him to live with his grandparents in Honolulu and be educated there.
