Who really knows what is transpiring in the shadows?

I will say it is not just all talk on a message board.

WHAT COULD HAVE OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT in the litigation against IFUS.

If proven that Adelstein and Scivoletto conspired to defraud IFUS and Walther then what could change would be

- reimbursement of all legal fees to Walther and IFUS

- a stop and desist order against Absorbezz LLC

- the turn over to IFUS all of Abostbezz assets.

- a change of the court ruling from not payment to breach of contact by Adelstein.

- fines and punitive damages charges against Adelstein and Scivoletto with awards to IFUS amd Walther

All different endings could occur.
