For 3 months ended Sept 2018, URAL had $152k compensation expense.

LVXI had $1.3M in the same timeframe and $3.9M for 9 months in 2018.

Who deserves that much compensation from a company that is not really generating income yet?
That income is coming from the dilution of shares.
