My bad Craig, yes after further DD I've found that info was pertaining to 2018.

I'm trying to decipher the ties between LVXI and URAL here's the most recent info I can find

Las Vegas railway Express, Inc. is in the business of acquiring short line railroads in both the passenger operations sector as well as freight operations. The company has been active in this space for five years. It has operated the Santa Fe Southern Railway and plans to develop rail infrastructure projects and terminal operations. It also has licensed X Rail Entertainment, Inc. to use the X Train brand on its planned LA to Vegas X Train service. Revenues from the licensing are calculated at 5% of the operating revenue of X Rail's revenue derived from the deployment of the X Train brand on X Rail's operating trains.


What has really caught my attention now is, the recent R/S wiped out everyone except for restricted shares leaving LVXI with a micro float and no buisness exposure to exploit. With a 10b A/S 742m O/S 710m Restricted 32m Float There has been no official pump to dump millions of shares just to wash/rinse/repeat, They claim Xtrain is set roll mid 2019, but is all this a diverstion to something more significant??

At this point with this float LVXI could PR a change of business to selling bottled air and this would takeoff like a rocket, but they're not and looking a the chart perspective this 32m has been quietly accumulated off all radars? What I'm getting at, is this a Reverse Merger into the US market for possibly
