The website with standard menu options. No listing of Powin Energy.

Amobi clams to be scaling Powin's technology through the middle east and Eastern Europe's smart clean energy power grid.

Powin was also on the OTC but just went private. Also a company from the Pacific Northwest.

Kind of what we have gone though except we did not get any PR about it.

So the main question being, who is Amobi going to promote as a supplier of grid scale systems ? XNRGI or Powin Energy ?

The Powin page shows a date of Nov 30 2018 and the XNRGI page shows 12 24 18 so XNRGI was added later, was this as a consequence of presenting at the Big 5 Solar ?

The Helios Royal Energy page shows what appears to be XNRGI's desciption down to the letter. Helios Royal Energy LLC created in June 2018.

At least one of XNRGI's engineers came from Powin Energy , that would be Mike McGee.

Powin is not flush with Money they had a lot of debt but they have contractual relationships providing energy storage in the US. They appear to have a bigger team with lots of engineering expertise. XNRGI batteries with Powin controls, DC conversion and monitoring systems ?

So is this competition or merger partner ? Is this what is causing the endless delay ? Last minute re-organization into a bigger corporation with bigger funding ?

Many questions. No answers, any opinions here are my own, but not really any opinions just questions.
