Even with the 3 week garbage, wont address why not resubmitted within the 3 weeks prior to the govt shutdown. They tout they have FDA experts and have this ready to go at any point, and the FDA begged them to refile under new categories. So then please explain the 3 weeks of no filings? Which was more like a month. So much for the FDA made them a category so now just do the red tape. BIEL didnt file, hit a shutdown, but still didnt file in the weeks they could. Why???????????????????????????????????

Cause they ONLY care to sell shares, nothing else.
