Please someone provide one document that shows the Judge knew about Adelstein and Scivoletto relationship, before offering the loan to Supreme Energy, while the loan was active and after the loan was called?

Why did Adelstein partner with the man who was just as guilty as Walther?

If Adelstein was defrauded, Scivoletto was just as responsible of the act as Walther, as stated in THE COURT DOCUMENTS.

Courts documents show

- both Walther and Scivoletto voted for the preferred shares

- both Walther and Scivoletto owned preferred shares

- both Walthers and Scivoletto kept that information from Adelstein at the signing of the "Bridge loan"

If Walther is guilty of "Scienter." then so is Scivoletto.
