I strongly suspect that earlier NWBO did not have the resources to launch any of the 3 trials (the 2 listed on ct.gov, and the sarcoma trial Dr B announced).



IMO this could be part of the SEC's investigation.

I would reasonably speculate that now that they some cash, they have to come to terms with Cognate as the only party that can supply either -L or Direct.



IMO not an easy task, considering the litigation/dispute about shares and warrants.
