nFusz Inc - Integrations & API's – Updated - 01-13-2019 - Anything not linked should be taken as opinion.

Since May 2018, nFusz Inc has completed major updates to it's software and began integrations with some of the worlds largest CRM & ERP platforms to provide business software globally. All of these initiatives relate to the chart below from Gartner, which leaves nFusz Inc way ahead of the curve "literally" for the tech disrupting CRM, and it's important to know why. It's also worth noting that Gartner has just adopted our notifiID!

The Gartner Hype Cycle for CRM Sales, 2018, shows two main areas on the verge of mainstream adoption, suggesting a near-term need for investment in those sales innovations — predictive and prescriptive technology and application programming interface (API).

Predictive and prescriptive technology

These types of technologies, including capabilities such as machine learning, will provide intelligence, predictions and prescriptions of next best actions for your sales force to increase efficiency and drive better results. “Gartner sees a large number of vendors deepening their process automation with machine learning technology,”

API integration

API integration, or the tools used to manage software integration, is a second area of investment. Synergistic coordination allows for sales organization to have a bigger picture of the buyer and the sales process. Sales reps who are better able to understand their buyers will have an easier time selling, which will increase sales efficacy and give customers a better experience.

These technologies can help sales reps with routine data entry, take a training course from a mobile device during a commute or get translation of a recorded phone call. Cost, price and quote (CPQ) software and sales performance management (SPM) solutions are being more tightly integrated through published APIs for sales compensation estimation.

Now look at the first 6 items in the hype cycle, they are not estimated to peek for another 5 to 10 years. How do you think nFusz is positioned?

nFusz's new technology requires many connections (API's) for it's analytics and interactivity to work properly. This requires integration into platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Youtube and others so anyone can can post videos and get the desired results from CTA's. Major integrations have been completed for Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Marketo and Twitter with others ongoing now and should be close to completion.

SAP is the largest ERP provider (enterprise resource planning) Financial, Educational, Medical etc.

I estimate that nFusz Inc will be connected and have access to over 75% of the world market once the on-going integrations below are completed.
_______________________________________________________________________________

The CRM market is the largest and fastest growing software market in the world, and Salesforce is the largest CRM platform
1 - Salesforce is the largest and fastest growing CRM platform with approximately 19.7% market share or more, followed by Oracle “including NetSuite” with 10.2%, SAP with about 7% and Microsoft with 4.3%. Salesforce customers include 83% of the Fortune 500 companies. They have approximately 3.75 million users with 10.48 billion dollars in revenue in 2017.
Salesforce increased its market share in 2017 by more percentage points than the rest of the top twenty CRM vendors combined.

2 - Microsoft – Integrations include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, and the Microsoft Office 365 platform, among other initiatives. Microsoft's market share “per the link above” was 4.3% in 2015 with an estimated user base of 4.4 million users and growing.

3 - Odoo – Odoo has a user base of 3.9 million and recently opened offices in Dubai. I estimate Odoo to have roughly 4% market share based on the number of users. Once the on-going integrations below are completed and added to the rest of nFusz's current partners, Oracle, Odoo, Marketo etc, the result will be many millions of potential users and access to roughly 75% of a growing world market.

It's customers now include 75 of the top direct sales organizations with more than 510,000 “updated” users in over 48 countries, representing an increase of more than 147,000 users
