If BIEL seriously promote/advertise, then why not? Hypothetically, if BIEL's product were marginally effective, they would be able to make a lot of money if promoted properly, for a time anyway. I would take bets on that!! How can anybody sell to a prospective customer, if that customer doesn't know you even exist. I have problems with BIEL, but those are with management, not with the potential of its product(s).
