Plenty of massage work. I'd recommend going to a chiropractor's office. They usually hire professional therapists who learn to deal with injuries and what not.

A regular massage place just works out tight muscles. Sports massage therapy will work out injured sore spots.

That should help a lot. Good luck! Hope you get rid of some pain.

The more I did yoga daily for a heavy period of time, my pain was quickly reduced.
