You are making excuses for them. Lots of things companies disclose are not "legally required." But if they want more investors they had better find a way of enticing them and secrecy is not likely to do that. Why do you think most other companies disclose that information? I am certainly not asking that they provide the information to a "small group of investors." I want them to disclose it to everyone.

As a stockholder in the company, do you not hope that many more people would be interested in buying HRCT stock and therefore pushing the price up? Why do you want to keep the stock price depressed? You sound like a defense attorney trying to keep his guilty client out of jail.
