Don't forget !!!!!! All parties are now in the same boat. The Hedge fund that took over, after failing to get paid on their superior preferred/bond investment, never wanted to "run the show". They were passive investors and want to return to that position. That may end up in a trading package for all concerned,not just GNBA holders.
