Just as a reminder:
The PPS jumped to $0.1479 high on September 19, 2017 on about 48M sh volume. (Check my measures). I suspect that news of a contract and revenues will do much, much better.
This is a good time to examine historical patterns, make a few notes, and prepare. If good news is released, anticipate an upside over-reaction.
