Ok, but I don't buy into the premise that it must be the 'end of the road' before rinse and repeat. Don't buy into that at all. It's SOP with penny stock CEO's to collect $$. Happens all of the time.

Bruce did not go down that path for a reason. I suspect that he has a few close friends who he lured into investing years ago and he doesn't want to burn them. Who knows for sure.

I think you are over-thinking this with the preferred "A"s. In the grand scheme of things it is insignificant IMO. Bottom Line: Bruce has gone OFFLINE. Not good for the SH.
