As you might remember Nick, my wife is a builder. She's currently gutting a triplex we bought to use as a short term rental. So this project will have no high end anything from bathroom tile to fixtures and appliances. She's worked with both HD and LOW and has nothing but good things to say about HD and how well they're organized for contractors. LOW, not so much. Could just be a local issue or maybe LOW doesn't care about the contractor business, but I thought I'd let you know.
I was thinking about this idea the other day, that we should invest in companies we like. Ron asked about NFLX. When I heard NFLX was raising prices $2 I thought, great, they'll be able to create more good content. I don't think the average NFLX customer cares about $2 a month enough to stop their service.
