I am not convinced that that they have a plan. Much less be able to implment it in scale. Huawei has it own legal issues going on. They steal everything under the protection of the Chinese Governement. Hauwei phones might not be sold in the USA at all due to blatient patient infringments. Yes LQMT is an interesting material but it is not unique any longer as it has more than several formulas. Hanging your hat on this stock has a great chance of ripping you a good one. IMHO. -Caveat Emptor-
