Hope you are right but I still question the wisdom of arranging a financing at a time when XBI & market in general was bottoming. Dew's point of not a big difference between 26.50 and 18 big picture wise makes some sense, but works the other way too. Why not roll the dice and wait for a recovery? Worst case, the price continues to slide and you eventually do it at 16 instead of 18, with the alternative being a possible mid 20's raise.

What was the hurry? Did he panic, and if not, why now then? They were sitting on > 150 million. Burn will be slowing in coming quarters with the reduced trial expenditures. If they know they aren't partnering for launch then it makes sense but I hope that isn't that and I can't think of any other reason for now besides a panic move and neither excites me as a shareholder
