Yea I am feeling the same, that d'couto will not be ceo in the future. I recently noticed a private message I received from a person on this board, stating they have signed an NDA with xnrgi. So... maybe they are getting bought on the cheap. Fractional shares get doled out at a low price and the new class A shares get a higher valuation from the new owners down the road. Chris goes on the board of directors in an advisory role with lots of shares.
