That tweet is from September 2018. It's inevitable that, in business, things sometimes move slower than anticipated and there are things that appear out of the blue that disrupt plans. I could accept this with regard to Raadr, if this was actually the case, but all that's been happening is Jacob has been stringing all of his shareholders along for months or longer with absolutely nothing to back up his tweets.
