Not my time frames...AMMX time frames. Any of what I posted is found on their website. I just base it on what they say and or said and as of now they said it was submitted to legal counsel for form 10 development.

According to AmeraMex CFO Hope Stone, the signed audits for 2016 and 2017 have been submitted to the Company’s outside legal counsel for development of the Form 10 and Registration Statement.

Not trying to beat a dead horse and I made money here but only because I bought sub penny and sold 90% of it when it went up to that .035 range last year. Just looking at historical prices it probably averages .015. Highest close was .044...once. Everybody has to figure it and what they do for themselves. I just go by facts...not shoulda, woulda, coulda. If that were the case they would have gotten almost a billion dollars in business in the last 6 to 8 years
