Whether your time frames are correct or not, your concerns are legit. Who knows why the company has not released the books. The claim the 16 and 17 just needed review actually could be true but they may be holding them back to release them when they release 2018 books which are due end of March or NLT 15 April... I say if they don't have them at the time I would be concerned about the veracity of the CEO and CFO....
