Although I still want answers of company I do believe that downward risk is low here.

Only conversions we have on the book now is Redstart with 210K pref c shares.
Future conversions could be coming from Oasis, but that money will be used for aquisitions which should bring in more revs.

Lets say company can make 300K net profit on 6M sales we are talking about almost .01 profit per share. That alone would justify a pps of .05-.10
