GoodGuy, I received a voicemail yesterday regarding upcoming Northwest Bio vote and I plan on calling back at some point today and advising them the same thing.

I truly desire to support LP/NWBO. So, I am going to wait until the last possible moment to vote.

By the way, I received a call late last night asking for my NWBO vote and recommending me to support management. I informed the person that I was waiting until the last minute to vote, waiting for any last-minute business announcements that influence my vote.

I voted no on confirmation of LP and no on the stock option program. Yes on the appt of other candidate(for contrast) and the Accountant team.

I voted the board recommendations every time up until now.
