What excuse has AMFE made? I'm still waiting for someone to answer when would have been a good time for Roger to undertake this process?

Was he supposed to keep AMFE on the pinks forever? Like EAP*?

Was he never going to complete an audit, yet he has completed 2 years of them and is extremely close to completing the 3rd?

Why is he trying to grow the company organically instead of issuing hundreds of millions of shares?
