Absolutely clear!

Apple did extensions for CIP for the IP in CE.

When Apple failed to extend (February 2016), from that point forward they gave up rights to all IP developed by Liquidmetal for CE.

This is why the Liquidmetal formula (106C) developed by Eontec and Liquidmetal in partnership is now being used by Eontec for bulk manufacturing for major CE companies.

Apple clearly has no rights or control over 106C for CE application period.

I wonder how many times this will have to be repeated before it sinks in?
