The existing California-Mexico border from an aerial view I've never seen.

Our existing 21 foot tall border fence of welded steel pylons, with the inner border fence on the left keeping Americans away from the border, except on the beach due to the California Coastal Commission law. You can see one of the Border Patrol vehicles which is always posted on the beach watching Americans as we wade into the water and peer south around the end of the wall in the water.

It's similar to the Berlin Wall but twice as tall as the East German border wall, and the "dog run" between the two fences contains no mine fields and the Border Patrol observation towers have no machine gun nests.

As with West Germany, buildings in Mexico are built right up to the border. In the US, as in East Germany, buildings too close to the border are destroyed or abandoned.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
