It will not matter either way - The key is to find the point in time where the shrimp are healthiest for harvest.

If it is 21/25's, they can work on the process to get to 16/20's - This is only their first harvest after all. I am not sure they even know exactly when they are going ot commit.

More than likely it will be a combination of both sizes.
