I have to disagree with your assessment on rinse/repeat. CEO's of penny stocks will often execute that little trick many times and sell into the inflated price. THEN, they will change the name and ticker symbol and start all over again. The SH who lost their shirts move on, and the CEO then fleeces a whole new wave of 'get rich quick' investors. If you want to call them investors :)

Bruce has declined to take that path for some odd reason. Due to the lack of information from him I suspect that the guy has lost interest and is enjoying his latter years in life sun bathing on his yacht.

This stock is dead wood IMO. It should get delisted, but because it won't we will continue to see 'get rich quick' types thinking this is the Holy Grail. Greed manifests itself in many ways.
