Perpetuity only applies to what IP was developed before February 2016 between Apple Liquidmetal.

Apple did not renew agreement so all that was developed after February 2016 like Liquidmetal 106c is open game for CE market for both Eontec and Liquidmetal.

Apple, under its MTA, has no claim to restrict Liquidmetal, or Eontec, from using its IP developed from 2/2016 forward.
