Remember this....noteholders have to file a sc13g if they hold more than 5% of the OS....so they won’t convert all at the same time....and.....they usually convert at at discount to market price....so how would ceo know the exact amount of shares to pay off note unless...

All shares are being issued at a fixed price...

Or..gasp...

They just converted the last tranche!
