Hello Rayo,

Everything pretty much shuts down. The official holidays are usually 7-9 days but you can expect extended periods of inactivity either side of the official holidays.

I’d like to say that gov’t agencies would run as usual however in my experience, gov’t agencies are ‘jobs for the boys’ (full of nepotism) and full of lazy SOBs. So don’t get your hopes up for much got 2-3 weeks around Tet.

That being said, if all that’s happening is a bit of silkworm rearing then I don’t see it as consequential. You never know, if things have been done right then it has been planned around Tet.......

On an aside, the Vietnamese are incredibly superstitious and with the new year brings new opportunities. People see it as a new start, this could play nicely into KBLB’s hands.....
