Money was never paid directly to Sonny but to the research team. Sonny may lead the team but he wouldnt have been the direct recipient. He would have had to get permission from all major players in research team to loan those funds to Amedica via his Investment company.

This whole thing is convoluted. Are we arguing the "research team" is paying Amedica or Amedica is paying the research team at this point?

Perhaps Im naive. I think it's suggested the victim that should be concerned is the investor. Who gifted Rahaman a Robocaster? Where did they get that money? We should track that and determine who is aggrieved. Where do you even apply focus? Alot of this seems to rely on suppositions that are being presented as facts. Possibly well hidden under the privacy of an LLC

These guys seem to love to post on their CV. They wouldn't miss out on the notch on their belt. I am presenting this supposition as a fact.

Ohh, this is better than Sonny's CV for digging purposes.

Direct your attention to Patents and IP. It looks like nothing protects him from angiogenesis of bioglass with Soft tissue when this seems to be related to his research. Unless the manufacturers of Rediheal are a shill company. You will find a dead end on that when you attempt to research ownership. However, some of his patents and IP suggest he may be owed Licensing and rights in orthopedics from a cursory glance. Bal seems to be included in some of this IP. It appears some of the IP lays groundwork for obvious changes in design to reap royalties.

Now look at Graduate Students Advised. LOL this guy..I`m not even going to say it and I could care less.
