Looking through the 10q from last quarter and found a little nugget nobody is talking about.

ALTIA had revenue in Q3 2017 of 192k and revenue in Q3 2018 of 552k. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t that 188% year over growth?

What’s even more interesting is that the 355k revenue increase was coupled with only an increase in ALTIA COGS of 71k. That’s an 80% gross margin. In fact, ALTIA ‘s COGS appears to have DECREASED for Q318 even when combined with an increase in revenue for the quarter.

I understand that nominally the numbers are small compared to A4 as a whole. But if we can just keep up that kind of growth combined with that level of profitability, they this is definitely a “driver” sub.

Wilson keeps saying they can get 1% to 2% of a billion dollar market. The lowest market size I’ve heard was $9B. Let’s say 1%. What’s that come to? $90M in revenue? So to go from $552k (let’s say $750k for the full year) to $90M, that’s going to take the kind of growth we saw this year repeated multiple times.

BTW the concern about the team not having experience with servicing and supporting subscription revenue... isn’t 6th Sense a subscription? I agree what you get with 6th Sense is nothing to the level of complexity that will come with EBOS, but they do have some experience.
